9740 is the Departments newest addition as it is the Command unit driven by Chief 9700. It carries medical equipment and fire investigation tools as well as command radios and scene managment equipment.

Engine 9761 is a 1984 Chevy 1 Ton 4x4 type 4. It has a 90 GPM pump and a 300 gallon water tank. Lakeville uese this Engine as a quick attack unit and it goes to Medical Aids, Vehicle Accidents, and Grass Fires. (Photo from a 11 acre vegitation fire in June of 2007)

Engine 9770 is a brand new 2004 Chevy/ Westates Type 3 wildland engine. This Engine is equipt to be the first out Engine to all of Lakeville's incidents. It has a 500 GPM crossmount Pump, it has a 600 gallon water tank, 20 gallon class A foam system. This Engine carrys the rescue tool and air bag system for vehicle accidents. This Engine was purschased with money recieved by a FEMA grant in 2003.

Engine 9771 is a 1964 Chevy Type 3 wildland engine. This Engine is a used CDF model 1. It has a 350 GPM Midship pump and a 90 GPM aux. pump for mobile attack. It carrys 500 gallons of water. Lakeville has owned this Engine sence 1981 and it was the first out until 2004 when it was replaced by Engine 9770.

Engine 9781 is a 1988 Beck Type 1 pumper. It was recently purschased from the Kenwood Fire Protection District. It has a 1250GPM midship pump and a 300GPM PTO pump for mobile attack on wildland fires, 600 gallons of water, class A and B foam systems. The Engine can carry 5 personnel.
