Our 1931 Sanford is indeed "The Pride of the Firehouse!" Our first "real" fire truck, it has been in our possession since delivery. It still runs, but hasn't pumped water in a long time. It was in service into the '60's! We are investigating options for restoring the truck, chiefly the engine. The rest of the rig is in pretty good shape. |
