Tanker 2 is a 2005 Spartan S&S 8 person enclosed cab 3000-gallon elliptical tanker. This unit is powered by a 60 Series Detroit 515Hp with an Allison automatic transmission. Tanker 2 is equipped with a 1250 GPM Waterous pump, 3000 gallons of water, and 40 gallons of foam. The 8 person cab is equipped with air conditioning and the most up to date equipment and SCBA's. |

This unique vehicle is made from an 18 wheeler tractor with a home made tank on the back. The tank was made by the Arkansas Forestry Commission and mounted on the chasis by Ranger Boats, a local boat manufactorer. |
