Decatur Twp: 92000 blk of CR-668 at 2303 hr for rollver MVC with vehicle on its top down in drainage ditch with water and occupants trapped inside. No injuries and occupants assisted out of vehicle.

Dispatched @ 2333 hr to 47366 78th Ave. Called for possible structure fire, floor is hot and smoke in the crawlspace. Asst Chief downgraded to non-emergency response after his arrival.
