	October 15th, 2007	PA	Motor Vehicle Accidents
	At 00:06 station 191 260 was alerted to a M.V.A Roll over with heavy fire, possible entrapment on route 28 near the industrial park vehicle was a kenworth o.t.r. w/ tri-axle trailer loaded with building debris over turned on drivers side spilling fluids from fuel tank and engine as well as transformer oil. The driver was ejected from cab with unknown injuries to me was taken to agh. Some how the driver lost control, rode the guide rail at the entrance to the park to its end then, rode the front facade of the second complex taking out light poles (3) wires (all) also a few decorative Brick pyramids in front the building till finallycoming to rest on the drivers side (the cab in the city and the trailer in millvale), cab had good fire 191, 260 extinguished 149 was started but then disregarded prior to arrival. The highway was closed both directions until 06:35 when penndot and dqe made way for travel north and south one lane on the north bound side. Companies involved were 191resq - 260resq - rwvems - resq40 - pbf - rescue1 - one engine from pbf- penndot - weavertown - and local and city police.
