Call Logs

	June 18th, 2009	NY	Fire : Call
	June 17th @ 1328 hrs, a report of a fully involved lawn tractor fire at the intersection of NYS Route 22 & Old Route 22. The North Hoosick FD was dispatched due to the given address. They arrived to find nothing showing, investigated to the County Line when they were advised it was in the Buskirk FD district at # 255 NYS Route 22 & North Old State Road, approx. 1/2 mile from the county line. North Hoosick Car-1 & 23-6 located the fire and extinguished. Buskirk Car- 1 was notified of the incident and advised North Hoosick Car- 1 to handle the call.
	June 11th, 2009	NY	HazMat Incident
	Disptached @ 2101 hours on Wednesday June 10th for an investigation of an unknown type odor at # 375 Beck Road in Eagle Bridge. The caller stated there was an unknown odor in and around the outside of her home. Buskirk Cars 1,2,3 & crew on 5-7 responded. Further investigation found that Pam Am Railways had been replacing old railroad ties on the tracks,and the new ties were giving off a strong creosote smell. The residence was checked with a multi gas meter w/ negative findings. All Buskirk units were returned to service @ 2145 hours.
	May 26th, 2009	NY	Activated Alarm
	Dispatched Saturday May 23rd @ 1725 hrs, for a fire alarm activation @ the Buskirk Covered Bridge, Buskirk Car 2 cancelled the call due to it being activated by a passing thunderstorm.
	May 18th, 2009	NY	Fire : Call
	Dispatched on Saturday May 16th @ 1049am for a rubbish fire @ # 2208 Buskirk - West Hoosick Road. Car-2 & Brush-5 responded and extinguished the fire.
	May 18th, 2009	NY	Fire : Call
	Dispatched Sunday May 17th @ 1231hrs for a unknown type fire IOA Eagle Bridge Welding on route 67 in Eagle Bridge. Car- 1 responded and found the cause to be an outside wood furnace.The call was cancelled.
