This MVC was disptched at 22:44 on Feb/19/2005 at 1919 S. NC 111 Hwy involed three vehicles and seven patients. Two rescue tools were placed into service to remove five patients from all three vehicles. Three air medical units were called and transported patients to trauma centers in Greenville and Wilmington. One patient died onscene and a second patient died at Duplin Gen. Hospital. Units Responding were Fountiantown Fire, Lyman Fire, Chinquapin Fire, Beulaville Fire, Duplin EMS Medic 3,5 EMS 1,2,3 Chinquapin EMS, Beulaville EMS, Onslow EMS 2,4 Haws Run EMS Nine Mile Rescue.
