| This MVC was dispatched at 19:24 on Jan/04/2007 near 2109 S. NC 41 & 111 Hwy Beulaville. CFD units arrived to find two trauma patient thrown from the vehicle and four other patients up and walking. Both trauma patients were flown to Level 1 Trauma Center were 1 of them died from injurys. M/A to CFD was Beulaville FD |
