My name is Terry Burns and I am an active member of Decatur, MI volunteer fire department for 24 years. I have served as past Asst Chief for 7 years and Captain for 1 year. I am also EMS Chief of local medical first response team for past 18 years and a member for 23 years. I am a licensed Paramedic and work full time for VBEMS (Van Buren Emergency Medical Services) that covers the eastern portion of Van Buren County, MI. I have been with VBEMS ambulance since 1992 and served with SMCAS ambulance in Niles, MI for 6 years prior to that.
