| Around 1430, we were dispatched to the 21000 blk of Maplewood Road. A tractor pulling a plow was turning around in the field and caught the guidewire, pulling the top of the pole down and resting on the lines below. Power lines were disconnected, arch'ed, and ignited a small tree near the pole and also about 50' of grass. Engine 861 responded to the call with 3 aboard. DP&L responded also, and the Sheriff's Office had a deputy stand by until the problem was fixed. A portion of the village of Maplewood was out of power for the duration, also.
