COCHRANS MILL ROAD CLOSED for 2 months so the construction crews can place new pipeline in for the new plan. It is open to local traffic only and on ONLY certain days will be opened to the public. But Suggested to just use the detour in till construction is finished.**Sometimes will be open on weekends**
