The Dushore Fire Company No. 1 regrets to announce the passing of Firefighter William "Bill" Thompson on the morning of Thursday, June 18, 2009.

Bill had responded to a call Wednesday evening, and passed away suddenly less than 12 hours later.
Bill had also served as a former Chief with the Lower Southampton Fire Dept. of Trevose, Bucks County, Pa.

Funeral Services will be announced as such information becomes available.
