CFC Life Member Harold Tompkins Passes Away67 year life member, Harold Tompkins, passed away this past Monday March 5, 2007 at St. Peters Hospital in Albany where he has been a patient for the past week.
Viewing hours will be on Thursday March 8, 2007 at the Millspaugh-Camerato Funeral Home from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and 7:00pm until 9:00pm. The CFC will be holding a service on Thursday night at 8:00pm.
The Funeral will be held on Friday March 9, 2007 at 11:00am at the Millspaugh-Camerato Funeral Home. It will then proceed to the Cemetery in Jefferson Heights. After the Funeral the family has requested to return to the firehouse for refreshments.
Harold was a member of the Royal Order of the Red Vests, Royal Order of the Blue Vests, Past President of the Greene County Volunteer Firemen's Association, Past President of the Greene County Fire Chiefs Association, and Past Director of the Hudson Valley Volunteer Firemen's Association.
