Check out some pics from the Landing Zone (LZ) class that WINGS Air Rescue provided for the department. WINGS Air Rescue operates 3 EMS helicopters: WINGS 1 in Johnson City, TN, WINGS 2 in Morristown, TN, and WINGS 3 in Jenkins, KY. Their service area includes East TN, Southwest VA, Eastern KY, and Western NC.
