On May 23, 2007, the Easton Fire Department held a swearing in ceremony for the newly promoted officers of the Easton Fire Department. The ceremony was at 6pm on the fifth floor of City Hall, in the City Council Chambers



Deputy Fire Chief – John H. Price, 47 of Forks Township is a 25-year veteran of the fire department and has worked his way up through the ranks. DC Price is an EMT and hazardous materials technician. He has attended numerous fire-related trainings at the federal, state and local levels. In addition, he is certified in Municipal Police Officers Education with course work in criminal investigation. The Deputy Fire Chief will be responsible in managing the day-to-day operations of the fire department, including standardized training and the fire marshal duties for the City of Easton and Glendon Borough.



Fire Captain – Robert J. Dantinne, 56 of Palmer Township is a 25-year veteran of the fire department and has worked his way up through the ranks. Captain Dantinne is an EMT, hazardous materials technician, and a certified SCUBA diver. Captain Dantinne has attended numerous fire related trainings at the federal, state and local levels. Captain Dantinne is assigned to the first platoon as City-Wide Tour Commander. His responsibilities include the management of the working platoon and responding to all emergency incidents while on duty.



Fire Lieutenant – Kevin Arnold, 44 of Bethlehem is a 17 year veteran of the fire department. Lt. Arnold is an EMT, a Breathing Apparatus technician and certified as a fire inspector. Lt. Arnold is pursuing his Associates Degree in Emergency Service Technology at Northampton Community College. Lt. Arnold is assigned to the second platoon as senior Lieutenant and City-Wide Tour Commander. His responsibilities include the management of the working platoon and responding to all emergency incidents while on duty.



Fire Lieutenant – Joseph Adamski, 37 of Upper Nazareth is an eight year veteran of the fire department. Lt. Adamski is an EMT and certified SCUBA diver. Lt. Adamski has attended numerous fire related trainings at the federal, state and local levels. Lt. Adamski has been assigned to the third platoon. His responsibilities will be to assist the Captain in managing the working platoon. In the absence of the Captain he shall assume the duties of the Captain.



Fire Lieutenant – Joseph Brown, 47 of Nazareth is a fourteen year veteran of the fire department. Lt. Brown is an EMT and a certified hazardous materials technician. Lt. Brown has attended numerous fire related trainings at the federal, state and local levels. Lt. Brown has been assigned to the first platoon. His responsibilities will be to assist the Captain in managing the working platoon. In the absence of the Captain he shall assume the duties of the Captain.



Fire Lieutenant – H. Henry Hennings, 42 of Bangor is a three year veteran of the fire department. Lt. Hennings is a Paramedic and former member of the Philadelphia Fire Department. Lt. Hennings has attended numerous fire related trainings at the federal, state and local levels. Lt. Hennings has been assigned to the second platoon. His responsibilities will be to assist the senior Lieutenant in managing the working platoon. In the absence of the senior Lieutenant he shall assume the duties of the senior Lieutenant.
