MINUTES OF THE MEETING April 14, 2008.
Vice-President Sylvester called the meeting to order at 2002. There were 22 members in attendance.
Committee
Membership-Dues are due for members
Birthday- Lee Smith made a motion to donate a birthday party to the Boy Scouts, seconded by Greg Vogel.
BBQ- June the 14th is the best day so far and shall be the day of the BBQ.
New Business
Lee Smith made a motion to accept Jeremiah Kemp as a member seconded by Greg Vogel.
MDA is having an appreciation day at the cardinal game May 31st if you want to go money is due by May 5th and tickets are $29 a ticket.
On may the 3rd the paper moon would like to a fire truck at there place. Grover is in charge of the program.
The rescue equipment that was approved for purchase at FDIC was not purchased due to not being able to find suitable equipment.
Loitering in the office is prohibited form now on, however the day room is still able to be used 24/7
On April 26, 2008 we will be having a work day starting at 0800.
A motion to adjourn was made by Art Ott, seconded by Tyler Coughlin at 2032. Motion was approved by membership.
50/50 was won by Adam Dickens.
