Attorney says fire was a tragic accident
Fire Woman found this article on communitypress.com | Posted: April 12th, 2008As investigations continue into the fire that killed two Colerain Township firefighters April 4, the attorney for the couple that owns and lived in the house says they are devastated by the tragedy but are not responsible for the fire.
R. Scott Croswell III, attorney for Matt and Sharyn Cones, owners of the two-story, four-bedroom home at 5708 Squirrelsnest Lane, is speaking out in response to speculation about his clients and the fire.
"There has been a lot of speculation around this fire and its causes," he said. "My clients are concerned that the conjecture may interfere with the grieving process for the family."
